Terms of Service
✦ All commissions are non-refundable unless we haven't started on the commission yet.
✦ All Live2D Model Illustration and Live2D Rigging prices already Include Commercial use price
✦ We have the right to decline anything we feel uncomfortable doing.
✦ We have the right to upload the commission on our social media. The private commission will have a +20% fee and we will not upload the commission process on any of our social media platforms.
✦ As artists, we still maintain all and absolute rights to our works (publishing on our socials, portfolios, and artbooks)
✦ No one is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or modify any finished art we made without permission.
✦ No one is allowed to sell the L2D model you have ordered from us to another person
✦ We will add a charge you if you ask for a cmo3/Master files
Process & Payment
✦ Full payment must be sent after color sketch approval
✦ Revision max 2 for illustration at the color sketch phase, max 4 for Live2D model art at the color sketch phase, and rigging adjustment
✦ Payment can be made via PayPal, and Local bank ( Latest IDR rate, now is: 15K)
✦ Payment via Paypal + tax 5%, Payment via Local bank will be no additional tax
✦ Commission's completion for illustration is 15-25 days (can be longer depending on the artist), for Live2D 3 - 4 weeks
